New subscriber guarantee: if Prospect 811 isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the word “refund” in the subject. Include nothing else you don't want to — we don't require a reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve legitimate billing issues faster than the dispute process does, and this policy almost certainly covers your situation.

Changes

If we change this policy, the change applies to future charges, not retroactively. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
