The prospect list nobody handed you

Top 25 wound care billers in the territory, ranked by est. Medicare paid. Click a column to re-sort. Click a named provider to open the profile. The demo names the top 5, the app names everyone. One more thing: the #1 name on this list did $33K in 2023 and $4.6M in 2024. If you sell wound care in this metro and didn't know that name yet, that is exactly the point.

Does Medicare cover skin substitutes in Texas?
Doug, the built-in AI assistant

Doug cites cms.gov so you can verify everything yourself. Policies change, so he retrieves them live instead of memorizing them.

Where these numbers come from. Everything on this page is computed from CMS's public Medicare Provider Utilization & Payment data for 2024, plus the Open Payments (Sunshine Act) and Medicare Coverage Database files. It covers traditional Medicare fee-for-service only, no commercial insurance, no Medicare Advantage (in these counties MA is 50.9% of beneficiaries, and the app shows that share on every territory). CMS suppresses any provider-and-code line with fewer than 11 beneficiaries before publishing. "Est. Medicare paid" is each billing line's average Medicare payment multiplied by its service count, summed. Most skin substitute products bill per square centimeter, so one service is one square centimeter as billed. Industry payment amounts are public Sunshine Act disclosures; payments are not utilization, and the app keeps them separate. This demo names the top 5 providers and labels the rest by specialty and city; the app names everyone. Demo data is frozen at 2024 on purpose. Prospect 811 organizes public data; it doesn't add to or alter it. Not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS. Full detail on the data page.
