Every plan includes the whole dataset.

The data is never the upgrade. From the first seat, you get all of it. The tiers only change how many people work it together, how much oversight a manager gets, and one-click CRM sync: Team plans push lists and statuses into HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, and every plan exports import-ready CSVs.

Questions

Pricing, answered.

Is the full dataset really included on every plan?
Yes. All 535 million billing records and every dataset are available from the first seat on the Rep plan. The data is never gated behind a higher tier. The plans differ only in team size and management features.
What counts as a seat?
One seat is one rep with their own login and their own private pipeline. Status, notes, and contacts stay scoped to that person, and reps never see each other's books. What a manager sees depends on the seat: everything on a managed seat, only shared providers on an independent one. The next two questions spell it out.
What's the difference between Rep and Team?
Rep is a single seat for someone working solo. Team adds the manager view across everyone's pipeline, territory assignment so you can hand zips to each rep, team-wide roll-ups, and centralized billing.
I'm a 1099 rep. If I join a company's team, do they see my whole book?
No. Your book stays yours. Joining a team by invite keeps the account you already own. Every provider you track stays private until you share it, one at a time or by territory, and your manager sees activity only for the providers you've shared. Note contents are never visible. If you leave the team, your account, pipeline, and territories leave with you. Some reps even keep a personal Rep plan alongside their team seat, so their access never depends on the company.
We employ our own salesforce. Can we create accounts for our reps?
Yes. That's a managed seat: you create the account, the rep signs in, and the manager sees the work done under it, including notes. Reps are told exactly that at first sign-in, so nothing is silent. You can mix seat types on one team: managed for employees, independent for 1099 contractors who bring their own book.
Can I switch between monthly and annual, or change plans?
Yes. You can move between monthly and annual billing, add or remove seats, and upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual billing saves 20% over paying month to month.
Is there a trial?
No free trial. There is a $9 Day Pass instead, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee on every plan.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is priced to the size of the team and the scope of any custom data work, SSO, and support needs. Reach out and we'll put together a quote.
